Returns & Exchanges from Helen's Haute Hats
If you are unhappy with your order, we are happy to return or exchange any item within 10 days of date of arrival in the original packaging. All tags must be attached and the item must be in unworn condition.
Simply fill out this form and send in your purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back. Shipping fees are non refundable.
All returned items are carefully examined and inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a refund or credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.
If approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
Please be sure to pack the hat carefully and securely before sending back to us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages being returned. If your item is lost or damaged during transportation or for any delivery issues, please contact the shipping company you selected for assistance.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.
Once your order is processed, it will be mailed via USPS Priority Mail.
Orders are estimated to arrive within 1-3 business days after orders have been processed and shipped.
Please note there may be delays as our USPS partners are currently experiencing regionally and/or nationwide.
